Conditions for Return and Exchange

By placing an order on the website https://velanteofficiale.com/, the consumer agrees to the following Conditions for Return and Exchange:
  • Personalised products cannot be returned, regardless of the payment method, according to OUG no. 34/2014.

  • According to art. 4 paragraph 1 lit. b) Emergency Ordinance 34/2014 regarding consumer protection when concluding and executing distance contracts, within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the Products, you have the right to terminate the Sales Contract, return the Products and receive back their value, except the delivery fee.

  • The consumer has the right to notify the merchant in writing that he is canceling the purchase, without penalties and without citing a reason, within 14 days from receiving the product.

  • In case of noticing a defect of the product, the consumer needs to notify VELANTE via e-mail at orders@velanteofficiale.com within 14 days from receiving the product. Otherwise, the product cannot be returned/exchanged.
  • You have the obligation to follow the steps of the return procedure, the procedure explained in the return form.

  • For online orders, we accept the return of money, provided that the product shows no signs of use and is returned in the same conditions as when it was received.
  • Refunds are NOT accepted for store purchases. Only exchange of products is accepted. Only items that are not defective, that are in their original condition, have not been damaged, with all the original labels attached, packaging and other accessories received with the order and must not show signs of use can be exchanged.

  • The product can only be exchanged for another product of the same or greater value. For details, please contact directly the store where you purchased the item.

  • The company has the obligation to reimburse the product's value within a maximum of 14 days from the termination of the contract, but not before returning the product. As an exception, if after returning the Product it is found that it has been damaged and can no longer be sold as new, the Company reserves the right not to accept the return of the Product. Also, the Company may refuse to return the Product if it is not returned in its original intact packaging.

Return Methods

The option regarding the method of returning the parcel belongs entirely to the customer, who will directly bear the cost of the transport.
To make the return, it is mandatory to fill out the return form, it can be requested at the e-mail address orders@velanteofficiale.com or on WhatsApp at the phone number +40 739 341 114.

If the purchase is canceled repeatedly, then it will be considered an abuse, SC VELANTE OFFICIALE SRL reserving the right not to accept further orders.
