Each foil-embossed customization (gold/silver) is handcrafted, taking into account the unique characteristics of every product. As a result, slight variations may occur from one item to another or compared to the graphic representation displayed on the website. Such variations are unavoidable and do not constitute a defect.

A maximum of three characters may be used for personalization, in Times New Roman Latin font, including uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols. Zodiac symbols are added at the end of the customization, positioned after the other characters.

Customization Policy

VELANTE reserves the right to refuse any customization request that contains — or may be interpreted as containing — inappropriate, obscene, vulgar, discriminatory, offensive content, or anything that contradicts the brand’s values. The decision to approve or reject a customization belongs exclusively to the VELANTE team and does not require further justification. In such cases, the customer will be contacted to adjust the chosen text or symbols.

Return Policy for Personalized Products

PERSONALIZED PRODUCTS ARE EXEMPT FROM RETURN, in accordance with Emergency Ordinance No. 34/2014. Personalized items cannot be returned.
