Personalization

Each personalization using folio embossing (gold / silver) is applied manually, taking into account the unique characteristics of each product. As a result, slight variations may occur compared to the graphic representation displayed on the website. These differences are natural and do not represent a defect.

The personalization always follows the finish of the product logo:

for a silver logo, the personalization will be applied in a silver finish
for a gold logo, the personalization will be applied in a gold finish

A maximum of 3 characters can be used for personalization, using Times New Roman (Latin): uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers or symbols.

Optionally, personalization can also include a zodiac symbol, which will be positioned at the end of the text, after the rest of the characters.

To protect the personalization, avoid direct contact with hard surfaces, chemical products, and prolonged exposure to moisture.

Personalization Policy

VELANTE reserves the right to refuse any personalization request that contains or may be interpreted as inappropriate, obscene, vulgar, discriminatory or contrary to the brand’s values.

The decision to approve or reject a personalization request belongs exclusively to the VELANTE team and does not require further justification. In such cases, the client will be contacted to modify the selected text or symbols.

Returns

Personalized products are exempt from the right of return, in accordance with Government Emergency Ordinance no. 34/2014.

For these products, returns are not accepted.
