Legal Warranty
VELANTE products benefit from a 2-year legal warranty of conformity from the date of delivery.
This warranty exclusively covers manufacturing defects.

Additional Commercial Warranty

  • Valid for 3 months.
  • Covers product customization.
  • Includes the logo, frame, and case attachment system.
  • Free shipping is provided for repairs during the 3-month period.
  • After expiration: repairs remain possible within the 2-year legal period, but shipping costs are borne by the customer.

Exclusions from Warranty

  • Natural wear of leather.
  • Scratches.
  • Damage caused by chemicals or abrasive surfaces.
  • Exposure to sunlight.
  • Impacts or improper use.
  • Natural leather may present variations, creases, or irregularities – these are not considered defects.

Warranty for Accessories
VELANTE accessories benefit from a 2-year legal warranty (covering manufacturing defects only).
Not covered: breakage, accidents, normal wear, or external force.
In such cases, accessories cannot be replaced.

The VELANTE warranty does not cover scratches, cracks, or breakage of the screen protector, as these do not constitute manufacturing defects and are considered normal wear or the result of accidental impact.

VELANTE Sport Products
Plastic cases may develop yellowing and/or scratches over time.
Wear depends on usage and maintenance.
This is a material-specific characteristic, even under normal conditions of use.
Premium materials slow down the wear process compared to similar products.

VELANTE Sport T-Shirts

  • Do not use powder detergents – liquid detergents only.
  • Hand wash or machine wash at a maximum of 30°C.
  • Do not use bleach or solvents.
  • Iron inside out only.

General Conditions
Any intervention on the product (restoration, modification, application of unsuitable substances) voids the warranty.
Use in accordance with instructions is recommended, and the VELANTE team should be contacted for any claims.

VELANTE Jewelry

  • Crafted from 14K gold, certified and hallmarked according to regulations.
  • Features the VELANTE signature and 14K gold hallmark.
  • Not covered under warranty: wear due to improper use, negligence, or loss of the product.

Recommendations:

  • Avoid mechanical shocks.
  • Store in dedicated boxes.
  • Do not wear during household or physical activities.
  • Avoid contact with chemicals, perfumes, chlorine, or sulfur.

Professional cleaning is recommended once per year (available upon request).

VELANTE Service

  • Under warranty: product repair or replacement.
  • Complimentary services: logo reapplication, rubber button replacement, camera frame replacement, full attachment system replacement, customization refurbishment.

If a product is requested for technical assessment, it must be sent within a maximum of 30 calendar days from the date of the request.
