Conditions for Return and Exchange
By placing an order on the website https://velanteofficiale.ro/ or by purchasing products from VELANTE physical stores, the consumer agrees to the following return and exchange conditions:
In the case of paid orders that are refused upon delivery, the round-trip shipping cost will be deducted from the refunded amount. For parcels shipped outside the European Union and refused upon delivery, additional customs duties and return processing costs will also be deducted.
Personalized products CANNOT be returned or exchanged, regardless of the payment method, in accordance with Government Emergency Ordinance no. 34/2014, both for online purchases and those made in physical stores.
According to art. 4 para. 1 lit. b) of Government Emergency Ordinance no. 34/2014 regarding consumer protection in distance contracts, within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the date of receiving the Products, you have the right to withdraw from the Sales Contract, return the Products, and receive a refund of their value, excluding delivery costs.
The consumer has the right to notify the merchant in writing that they withdraw from the purchase, without penalties and without providing a reason, within 14 calendar days from receiving the product.
In the event of identifying a defect in the product, this must be communicated in writing via email to orders@velanteofficiale.com within a maximum of 14 calendar days from receiving the parcel. Otherwise, the product cannot be returned or replaced. You are required to follow the return procedure steps, as explained in the return form.
For online orders, refunds are accepted provided that the product shows no signs of use and is returned in the same condition as received, with all tags attached and in the original packaging.
For in-store purchases, refunds are NOT accepted. Only product exchanges are allowed. Items can only be exchanged if they are not defective, are in their original condition, have not been damaged, include all original tags, packaging and accessories received, and show no signs of use.
Products can only be exchanged for another product of equal or higher value. For details, please contact the store where the product was purchased.
The Company is obliged to refund the value of the Product within a maximum of 14 days from the withdrawal from the Contract, but not before the Product has been returned. As an exception, if upon return it is found that the Product has been damaged and can no longer be sold as new, the Company reserves the right to refuse the return. The Company may also refuse the return if the product is not returned in its original intact packaging.
Shipping costs (both directions) as well as any additional fees (including but not limited to customs duties) will NOT be refunded.
If the client requests an exchange and the parcel is not collected, VELANTE reserves the right to deduct the shipping cost from the refunded amount. A fee of 24 RON will be applied for each shipping segment (outbound and return) for failed deliveries. This policy is intended to cover the transport costs generated by shipping and returning the parcel and applies to all exchange orders that are not collected.
PERSONALIZED PRODUCTS ARE EXEMPT FROM RETURN, IN ACCORDANCE WITH GOVERNMENT EMERGENCY ORDINANCE NO. 34/2014.
VELANTE products are made from carefully selected materials, each with specific characteristics.
In the case of natural leather items, slight differences may occur compared to the presentation images, in terms of shade, texture or natural details of the material.
These variations are normal and do not represent a defect, but reflect the authenticity of the material.
VELANTE Voucher Policy
Vouchers issued by VELANTE as a result of a return/exchange, as a gift or in other situations are subject to the following conditions:
All vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of issuance. After expiration, they can no longer be used.
Vouchers can be used to purchase any product available on our website.
They are issued exclusively in electronic format and can only be used by the client to whom they were issued.
Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.
By using a voucher, the client confirms acceptance of these terms.
Return Methods
The choice of return method belongs entirely to the client, who will directly bear the shipping cost.
To initiate a return, it is mandatory to complete the return form, which can be requested via email at orders@velanteofficiale.com or via WhatsApp at +40 739 341 114.
If withdrawal from purchase is made repeatedly, it will be considered abuse, and S.C. VELANTE OFFICIALE S.R.L. reserves the right to refuse future orders.
