Return Policy

If you do not wish to keep your VELANTE creation, you may return it and/or choose another product within the value of the returned product or above, upon paying the difference of the product that has a higher value than the returned one, in compliance with the VELANTE Terms and Conditions.. Return costs are paid exclusively by the customer.

The VELANTE customers can return the purchased products within 14 days of receipt. The ordered product will be returned in the same condition as it was delivered to you, with the same labels attached, the original packaging and the delivery documents accompanying it. Within 7 working days of the return date, we will refund the payment in the communicated bank account.

If the ordered products have been changed, the new order will be processed and shipped within 72 hours since the return has been completed. Payment differences, where applicable, will be refunded within 7 working days since the return has been completed.
